The Town of Vinton kicks off its Mardi Gras celebration with an old fashioned Chicken Run starting at 8 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall. The run is followed by the Vinton Mardi Gras Parade at 2 p.m. on Horridge Street and the Mardi Gras Gumbo Cook-off and live entertainment at 3 p.m. |
